The tapered one-way valve of the homogenizer has a valve ball made of cobalt alloy Co120 (Stellite) or silicon nitride ceramic, and a valve seat made of cobalt alloy Co103. It features excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is safe for food contact. The material properties can be found on pages 7-9 of this sample book. The structural dimensions can all be customized according to the structure of the user's equipment.
