oilwe’s Hard Lined Cages are accorded with API specifications. We design and manufacture Hard Lined Cages to prevent wear and corrosion failure and extend service life. They are hard lined on the I.D. with a surfacing welded cobalt base alloy containing Chromium and Tungsten, surfacing welding layer is a dense uniform hard coating. The hard lining is a guide for the ball, hardness HRC 37-45, thickness 0.040 in. to 0.125 in. per side. It has a very low friction coefficient and good wear and corrosion resistance to extend cages life. Hard Lined cages are recommended for hard alloy balls containing Cobalt Alloy, Tungsten Carbide, Nickel Carbide and Titanium Carbide.
